Our Work

Our three core programs strive to permanently break the generational cycle of poverty for West Philadelphia families through higher education, affordable housing, supportive services, community and economic development and accountability.

  • ACHIEVEability Connects works with community residents and business owners to access programs and services that will support them in contributing to a thriving, safe community for everyone
  • Family Self-Sufficiency Program partners with families experiencing or at-risk-of-experiencing homelessness to provide them with housing and supportive services to empower them to break the cycle of poverty through education
  • WorkSmart West Philly provides jobseekers with the skills trainings, connections to employers and supportive services necessary for them to meet their employment/career goals

"The coaches really cared. You can tell when someone wants what's best for you, truly."

- Christina, FSSP Graduate, 2020
